This time's character is Astarotte "Lotte" Ygvar (アスタロッテ・ユグヴァール) from the anime series Astarotte no omocha (Astarotte's toy) the succubus and heroine of the series.
A loli tsundere character, my favourite character type xDDDD
Hope you like them all yet the last one is not very well done...
